Apa7 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the apa7 platform. Please read it carefully in full before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of this platform indicates your agreement to all conditions stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the apa7 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any associated digital channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the apa7 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and apa7. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into a contractual agreement in Malaysia to use this platform. apa7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts may be suspended pending completion of age verification.
Your use of this platform is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published separately. Those documents form part of the overall agreement between you and apa7.

Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
Each user is permitted to hold only one personal account with apa7. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
You are solely responsible for keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur. Failure to do so may affect your identity verification and payment processes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. apa7 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and financial transactions — is your sole responsibility unless proven otherwise.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the apa7 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and bank transfers via FPX. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and will be clearly displayed in the transaction interface.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your apa7 account. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. apa7 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal request deemed unusual.
Processing times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as bank processing times. apa7 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

User Responsibilities
As an apa7 user, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful and permitted purposes
- Do not share your account with others
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Comply with all relevant local laws in Malaysia
- Take full responsibility for all betting decisions made
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apa7 platform:
- Fraud, manipulation, or any attempt to exploit the system
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Registering with false information or using another person's identity
- Any action that compromises the security of the platform
- Systematic abuse of bonus or promotion schemes
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Liability Limits
Apa7 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including financial losses from betting, technical service disruptions, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. apa7 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions, errors, or viruses.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Apa7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of legal authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited as compensation for damages incurred. apa7's decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software code on the apa7 platform are the exclusive property of apa7 and are protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform assets for commercial purposes without apa7's written consent.
Third-Party Links & External Services
The apa7 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and streaming providers. apa7 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Apa7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
